We spent a fair amount of time looking for quality steel and glass entrance doors for our new custom home. We discovered that we could order doors of similar designs from manufacturers in China, Mexico, or Las Vegas. Naturally, due to labor costs, the Chinese doors were the cheapest and the Las Vegas doors were the most expensive. We were close to ordering doors made in China, but we discovered that the local sales representative for the Chinese doors was basically ignorant of the design, manufacturing and installation process, was slow to communicate with us, and seemed to have a hard time communicating effectively with the factory in China. We also checked out the only quality steel/glass door manufacturer we could find in Las Vegas. The Vegas product did seem to be of a high quality, but the price was also much higher and we didn’t get the sense that their representatives were very interested in our business. Once we contacted Bella Grande, we discovered a family-owned and operated business with people that were knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to our objectives. It’s true that the steel portion of the Bella Grande doors is manufactured in Mexico, but the quality of the doors is very good and the glass is cut and fit in Las Vegas. Bella Grande’s Chuck and Scott were quick to answer every question and assure that our concerns and objectives were addressed. They really know their doors and have introduced some design innovations of their own to the doors. In June of 2016, Bella Grande’s senior representatives personally delivered the doors to our job site and stuck around to help coordinate the unloading and installation. So, for a price about in the middle between China and Las Vegas manufacturers we got high quality doors and good service. We highly recommend Bella Grande Entrances.
